Protect your brand on every build.

Fewer faulty claims. Fewer refunds. Better reviews.

Some faulty furniture is genuinely faulty. Some was just assembled wrong. Right now you are refunding both, because nobody ever goes and looks. We are the Sydney team that turns up, builds it properly, and proves it with photos and a customer sign-off on every job.

Who we are

We are a Sydney furniture and equipment assembly team running our own platform, purpose-built for assembly. Over a thousand jobs completed, fully insured, with completion photos and a customer sign-off on every single job. Everything is tracked end to end, so nothing slips.

Assembly, done properly

Referral, the simple way. When a customer needs assembly, point them to us. They come to our site and deal with Muscles Hire Services directly, and it is off your plate. Nothing for you to set up.

In-house style, at checkout. Price assembly into your checkout so the customer pays you, then send us the job. To your customer it feels like your own service. A little more setup, since each piece needs a price, but everything stays under your roof.

The real cost of a “faulty” claim

When a customer struggles with a build and the item ends up wobbly or wrong, they usually report it as faulty. Some genuinely are, a missing part or transit damage, and nobody can fix those. But a fair share are just the build, and nobody ever goes and looks, so it gets refunded either way.

A refund is never just the refund. It is the item, the freight out and back, and stock you usually cannot resell as new, plus a one-star review that costs future sales. One prevented refund pays for three or four of our visits.

On-site assessment and report

When a customer reports an item as faulty and you suspect it was built wrong, send us out. We attend, assess it, and show what is really going on with photos, a written report and the customer’s sign-off.

Three ways it goes:

  1. Genuinely faulty (missing part, transit damage). We cannot fix it, and we tell you plainly. You still get the report and the evidence.
  2. An assembly issue we can fix within the hour. We finish it on the spot.
  3. An assembly issue that needs longer. The assessment still stands, we put the customer on the right track, and anything more is arranged directly with the assembler.

The first three are on us. After that it is $120 a visit, which covers up to one hour on site. Far less than a refund and a return you cannot resell.

The audit trail is the point

  • Our own platform, purpose-built for assembly.
  • Checked before we build. Before anyone is sent, we run a readiness check with the customer: correct address, correct date, item arrived, and boxes in good condition. If something is wrong or damaged, we catch it up front instead of sending someone and wasting the trip.
  • Vetted, insured assemblers, with live ETAs to your customer.
  • Completion photos and a customer sign-off on every job.
  • Over a thousand jobs completed. 30+ Google reviews.
  • Sydney and greater Sydney.

The photos, the sign-off and the written report are the evidence that answers a false claim, and the reason your customer feels looked after instead of fobbed off.
