How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Toy storage units with pull-out fabric or plastic bins have a structure that needs to be right before the bins go in. The bins sit in slots that are formed by a combination of fixed dividers and horizontal rails, and the rails need to be level before the bins can slide in and out properly. A rail that is 2mm out of level across a 600mm bin run will cause the bin to bind on one side of the slot when it is half-open. The frame of a toy storage unit uses the same carcass-first sequence as any flat-pack cabinet. Back panel before top cap, top cap before the unit is stood upright. On most toy storage units the back panel is thinner than the sides because the unit is not designed to bear a heavy load at the top. This makes it more important, not less, to have the back panel fully seated before the front-facing elements go on, because the thin panel has less tolerance for being racked. Anti-tip brackets are included in most children's storage kits and should be fitted before the unit is moved to its final position. The bracket attaches to the top rear of the unit. The right anchor for the wall type, whether timber stud or masonry, keeps it fixed without specialist work. Work comes from apartments in the inner city, terrace houses in the Inner West and houses across the Eastern Suburbs. The space is left clean, packaging stacked, before leaving. A photo of the box or a link to the product page is enough to quote it.
