How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Laundry cabinets and laundry room storage have the same build sequence as any flat-pack cabinet but the environment adds a complication. Laundry floors are often slightly out of level, and the cabinet needs to sit level on that floor before anything goes in. Adjustable feet or packer shims under the base get the carcass level. The back panel goes in next, checked for square, then the top cap. Door hinges in a laundry environment benefit from being set with slightly more tolerance than in a dry room. Hinges in rooms with regular humidity changes can stiffen over time as the hinge pin corrodes. Setting the door slightly free rather than tight to the carcass edge gives it room to move without dragging before the first service. Broom and mop storage slots are often part of laundry cabinet designs, either as a tall pull-out section or as an open bay on one side. These sections have a fixed-position divider that needs to go in before the carcass top is locked. If the divider is fitted after the top, the tolerances for getting it in are much tighter and the divider often ends up slightly bowed. Shelf pins in a laundry cabinet need to be checked for a flush seat because laundry rooms often have vibration from appliances. A pin that is not fully seated will work loose from vibration over time. Inner-city streets often have no loading zone and limited parking. That is part of working in the city.
