How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Bulk furniture assembly is a volume job where the build sequence and site management are as important as the quality of any individual piece. All frames are assembled before any tops are placed. Completing the frames first keeps the floor clear of tops during frame positioning, which reduces the risk of a top being scuffed or dented while frames are being moved. On a job with multiple furniture types, group the frames by type and complete each type before moving to the next. Frames are positioned in their planned layout before joining bolts are driven. Layout dimensions need to be confirmed against the floor plan before the first frame is placed. A run in the wrong position requires repositioning already-joined frames, which means loosening joining bolts and re-levelling. Joining bolts between frames go in after all frames are confirmed level and in position. Tightening joining bolts before all frames are positioned locks the joined positions and makes adjusting remaining frames more difficult. Tops are placed after all frames are joined and confirmed. On a job with multiple top types, grouping tops by type avoids placing a top in the wrong position and having to move it. Final items such as doors, drawers, and cable management are fitted after all tops are on. Confirming each item is functional before moving to the next avoids a missed item requiring a return. Packaging is collected as the job progresses. A clear floor at each stage makes it easier to confirm the layout against the plan.
