How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Stylist and short-stay assembly jobs share a hard deadline: the space needs to be finished before the shoot or the first guest check-in. The build sequence is planned around that deadline, not around what arrives first. For stylists, assembly is part of the staging process. Furniture arrives in flat-pack and needs to be built in the room in which it will be photographed. The build sequence follows the room order in the brief: hero room first, secondary rooms in priority order. Each piece is confirmed complete and in position before moving to the next room, because moving a built piece after a room is staged disrupts other placed items. For short-stay operators, the assembly sequence follows the checkout-to-checkin window. Pieces that need to be in place for the first guest are built first. Bedroom furniture is prioritised over living room furniture, which is prioritised over storage items. Each piece is confirmed before moving to the next, because a loose joint or missing component discovered after the guest checks in requires a separate visit. Packaging is removed from the space as each piece is completed. A short-stay property with flat-pack waste left in the corridor or the car park creates a problem for the operator. Packaging is stacked and removed as part of the job. Access for short-stay properties is often through a lockbox or a building manager. The access method is confirmed before the job date, not on the day. If the property is above the ground floor with no lift, mention it when you book so timing can be planned around it. Photos of the finished piece are part of every job. A product name or a screenshot is enough to get started.
