How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Corner wardrobes have an L-shaped footprint that makes the build sequence more involved than a straight run. The corner module is the reference point for the entire build and needs to be set first. The corner module is typically a square carcass with two open sides: one facing forward and one facing sideways. It is built and levelled before any adjoining modules are attached. The internal fittings for the corner module, usually a fixed shelf or a hanging rail, go in before the adjoining modules are joined, because access to the inside of the corner module is restricted once the run extends in both directions. The modules that extend from the corner along each wall are built and joined to the corner module in sequence. Each module is levelled and its join bolts are confirmed tight before the next module is added. The corner module does not move once set; the adjoining modules are adjusted to it. Return panels are the visible end panels of each run that face into the room. They are fitted after the modules are joined. On a corner wardrobe, there are two return panels: one at the end of each run. The return panels are levelled and plumbed against the module end before the fixing screws go in. Doors on a corner wardrobe are usually split between the two runs. The doors on each run are adjusted independently. The door on the corner module face, where one is fitted, is usually a narrower panel and may require a different hinge arm than the main run doors. Work comes from apartments in the inner city, terrace houses in the Inner West and houses across the Eastern Suburbs. Packaging goes back in the boxes before leaving.
