How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Wardrobe internals are the fittings that go inside an existing wardrobe carcass: hanging rails, shelf brackets, drawer inserts, and sometimes a pull-out trouser rack or accessory tray. The sequence for fitting internals depends on the type of carcass and the fitting types. Hanging rails attach to side panels by pressing a rail end bracket into a pre-drilled hole, or by screwing a bracket to the panel face. The bracket hole positions are pre-drilled in most modular systems at 32mm intervals. A single hanging rail needs both ends at the same height. A double hanging section has a high rail and a low rail, and the low rail needs to be at a height that clears the longest garments on the high rail by a small margin. Shelf brackets on a pin-hole system use the same 32mm hole spacing as the rail brackets. The shelf needs all four brackets at the same height. A shelf that has its front brackets at a different height from its rear brackets will not sit flat under load. Drawer inserts for an open wardrobe module are usually a self-contained box with its own runners. The box slides in on the runners and the runners bolt to the side panels. The runners need to be level before the box is loaded, for the same reason as any standalone drawer unit. Accessory fittings like pull-out racks and tie rails attach to the side panels on brackets. The bracket height for these fittings needs to allow the fitting to open fully without fouling the shelf above or the hanging rail alongside. Most inner-Sydney buildings mean carrying pieces up stairs at some point. That is factored in. Photos of the finished piece are part of every job. A photo of the box or a link to the product page is enough to quote it.
