How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Elliptical machines are among the most involved cardio builds because of the number of moving parts that all need to be at the right position before first use. The main drive frame is the first assembly. On most home ellipticals, the drive frame contains the flywheel and the drive mechanism. The drive frame bolts to the base frame and needs to be confirmed flat before the uprights are stood. A drive frame that is slightly twisted will cause the pedal arc to be uneven from side to side. Pedal arms connect to the drive axle and extend to the rear of the machine where the footpads are, at the correct angle on the drive axle. Most designs have a key or a flat on the drive axle that sets the arm angle; the bolt through the arm hub needs to be confirmed tight before the foot pads are attached. Foot pads attach to the rear of the pedal arms. The pivot bolt on the foot pad needs to be confirmed tight before use, because the foot pad is under full body weight and a loose pivot will shift under load. Handlebar uprights bolt to the main drive frame at the base. The upright bolts need to be tight before the resistance cables are routed, because the cables route through the upright and a loose upright will allow the cables to bind. Resistance cables connect the handlebars to the flywheel brake mechanism. The cable tension needs to allow smooth change through the full range of the resistance control. A lot of Sydney deliveries mean a lift that needs booking, a tight stairwell, or a street with no loading bay. That is normal territory. Photos are taken when the job is done. Send us a photo of the item and we will come back with a price.
