How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Infrared saunas are flat-pack timber structures with a specific panel joining sequence. The floor panel goes down first, the wall panels are joined to it in order, and the heater brackets are fitted before the roof panels go on. The floor panel is the foundation. It needs to be on a flat, level surface before any wall panels are attached. An uneven floor will cause the wall panels to sit at an angle, which will create gaps at the panel joints and make the roof panels difficult to seat. Wall panels join at tongue-and-groove edges. The panels need to be driven firmly together at the joins before the corner bolts go in. A panel join that has a visible gap will let heat out during use and will be noticeable from the inside. Heater brackets mount to the inside of the rear and side wall panels. The bracket height is specified in the instructions, typically low on the wall for a bench-height heater and higher for a standing heater. The bracket bolt holes are pre-drilled, and the bracket needs to be positioned over the holes before the bolts go in. Getting the brackets in before the roof panels is important because the roof restricts access to the upper wall panel interior. The glass door is the last structural component. The door hinge bolts go into pre-drilled holes in the front corner panel. The hinge bolts need to be confirmed tight before the door is hung, and the door sweep at the bottom needs to be in contact with the floor panel across its full width to seal the sauna.
