How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Portable saunas are fabric-and-frame systems that fold down for storage. The frame is a series of interconnected poles that create the structure the fabric cover sits over. The poles need to be in the correct joints before the cover goes on. Most portable sauna frames are colour-coded: the pole ends are marked with a colour that matches the joint socket colour or marking. Assembling the frame without following the colour coding will result in a frame that is the wrong shape or that does not fold correctly. Reading the pole identification labels before starting avoids having to disassemble and re-sort. Poles on a portable sauna frame connect at hub joints that accept the pole ends from multiple directions. The poles need to be pushed fully into the hub socket until they click or seat firmly. A pole that is only partially seated in the hub will pull out when the cover is placed over the frame and tensioned. The fabric cover goes on after the frame is fully assembled. On a frame with a zipper opening, the cover goes on from the top, over the frame, and the zipper closes at the front. The cover needs to be seated over all the top poles before the zipper is closed, because closing the zipper before the cover is fully over the frame will leave the top poles inside the cover fabric rather than in the pole channels. The steam inlet port in the cover needs to align with the heater hose before the cover is fully zipped. Most portable saunas have a single inlet port at the front lower section of the cover.
