The tension is the same: set it so the chair gives under deliberate lean but not under the static weight of sitting upright. The tilt lock positions are usually found by rocking the chair back and clicking the lock lever at each desired angle. Headrests on executive chairs with headrests are usually the last component. The headrest post slides into a channel in the back of the backrest and locks with a push-pin or a bolt. The height needs to be set before the pin is fully engaged, because the adjustment is lost once the pin seats. Arm rests on executive chairs are often wider and heavier than on task chairs. The height mechanism is the same push-button lock, but the arm needs to be held level while the pin sets or it will sit at an angle.
