How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Mesh back chairs have a back tension adjustment that most users never find after assembly, but it needs to be set correctly before the chair is used. The tension dial is usually underneath the seat, at the back of the seat mechanism housing. It controls how much resistance the back gives when leaned against. Set too light and the back reclines under the user's weight without any deliberate lean. Set too heavy and the chair feels like a fixed-back model. The right setting is a matter of user preference, but the adjustment needs to be accessible, so confirming it is present and working before the chair is handed over is part of the job. The tilt limiter, separate from the tension, controls how far back the chair will recline. Most mesh chairs have a multiple-position tilt lock that clicks into fixed angles. The lock button or lever is on the underside of the seat and needs to be confirmed as working before the chair is in use. Lumbar support height on mesh chairs is usually adjustable on a track inside the back frame. The support moves up and down and is locked by friction or a click pin. Setting the lumbar at mid-position before handover allows adjustment to the user without needing tools. Arm rests need to be at the same height before the arm caps go on. Most mesh chairs use a push-button height lock inside the arm column. Confirm both sides are at the same height before the caps are pressed on.
