How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Corner desks are two desks that meet at an L-join, and that join is where most corner desk problems start. The join bracket connects the two tops at the corner, and the angle of that bracket determines whether the two arms of the desk meet the walls cleanly or leave gaps. The bracket needs to be set before either desktop is bolted to the frame, because the bolt pattern on the desktop holes is fixed and the only adjustment is in the bracket position. The frames for each arm are built separately and then joined by the corner bracket. Both frames need to be level and at the same height before the bracket is locked. A 3mm height difference between the two arms is visible at the join, and a height difference that comes from the floor rather than the frame can usually be corrected with the adjustable feet on the legs. Cable management on a corner desk has more routes to plan than a straight desk. The corner section usually has a grommet hole for vertical cable passage between the top surface and the floor, and there is often a cable spine or tray under each arm. All grommet holes need to be fitted before the tops go on, and the spine position under each arm needs to be confirmed before the tops are locked. Inner-city streets often have no loading zone and limited parking. That is part of working in the city. We photograph the completed job before we leave.
