How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Hot desk benches are long, shared work surfaces intended for multiple users. They are typically a central beam or apron frame on paired legs, with a single continuous desktop or a series of joined desktop panels. The legs on a hot desk bench are the first thing to get right. Most bench legs have adjustable feet that are set before the cross-brace or apron goes between them. The brace applies tension to both legs as it is tightened, so the level check needs to happen before the brace bolts are driven home. On a long bench with more than two leg pairs, all legs need to be confirmed at the same height before any brace is tightened. Desktop panels on a multi-panel bench join at a biscuit joint or a bolt that pulls the panels tight at the join. The join needs to be flush across the top surface. If one panel is slightly higher than the other, the join will catch on items slid across the surface. The bolt that pulls the join is usually accessed from the underside of the desktop, and it needs to be confirmed tight before the bench is in use. Power modules on hot desk benches are inset into the desktop surface at pre-cut positions. The module needs to be seated fully in the cut-out and the retaining clips confirmed before the desktop is loaded. A module that is not fully seated will rise when a cable is plugged in. Work covers South Sydney, St George, the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the inner city. The space is left clean, packaging stacked, before leaving. A photo of the box or a link to the product page is enough to quote it.
