How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Electric standing desks for commercial use have the same frame sequence as a home standing desk, but the cable management requirements are typically more extensive. The frame columns need to be at the same height before the cross-bar goes between them. The cross-bar applies tension to both columns as it is tightened, so the level check needs to happen before the cross-bar is locked, not after. The control unit on most commercial frames mounts to the underside of the cross-bar before the desktop goes on. The handset or memory unit cable routes from the control unit to the handset bracket on the front edge of the desktop frame. This cable needs to be secured along the inside of the frame rail before the desktop is placed. Most frames include a clip strip for the cable; if the clip strip is not fitted before the top goes on, the cable is accessible only from the end of the frame, which is usually against a wall. Height memory calibration on multi-memory handsets requires the desk to complete a full reset cycle before positions are saved. The reset involves lowering the desk to its minimum height, holding the down button until the frame beeps, and then cycling to the maximum height. Running this cycle before the desk is placed in the room avoids the need to pull it away from the wall later. Coverage spans the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney and the inner city.
