How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

BBQ trolleys are the frame and cabinet system that the BBQ firebox sits on. The trolley build is separate from the BBQ firebox assembly and follows a specific panel sequence. The frame goes together first. On a trolley with legs, the legs bolt to a base plate or crossbar before the side panels are fitted. The leg bolts need to be confirmed before the side panels go on, because the side panel bolt holes align with pre-drilled holes in the legs, and the alignment requires the legs to be in a fixed position. Side panels bolt to the legs or to the main frame at multiple points. The panels on a BBQ trolley are usually decorative as well as structural, and the visible face is the outside. Fitting the panels with the bolt heads inside the trolley means the bolt head positions need to be in the pre-drilled holes from the inside. The simplest way is to hold the panel in position from the outside, reach inside, and start all bolts before tightening any. Wheels are fitted to the rear legs before the trolley is stood upright. The wheel axle bolt needs to be confirmed tight, and the brake lever needs to be confirmed engaging the wheel. A wheel braking on only one side will cause the trolley to drift on a slope. The base shelf is fitted after the side panels and before the firebox. The shelf bolt positions are on the inside of the frame rails. The firebox sits in the trolley opening, held by a bolt through the rear into the trolley frame. Coverage spans the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney and the inner city.
