How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Gas BBQ assembly covers the frame, burner system, and exterior panels. No supply or fuel connection work is included. Connecting the fuel supply is handled separately after assembly. The frame or trolley goes together first. The side panels, base shelf, and leg structure all bolt together before the firebox is placed. On a trolley-mounted BBQ, the wheels need to be confirmed fully seated and the wheel brakes confirmed engaging before the firebox is placed on the trolley. The firebox is the main cooking unit. It sits on the trolley frame and bolts to the side panel brackets. The firebox bolts need to be confirmed before the burner system is fitted, because the burner brackets mount to the inside of the firebox and are inaccessible from the outside once the firebox is secured. Burner brackets position the burners over the flame tamers. The flame tamers are the metal plates that sit above the burners and distribute heat to the grills. The flame tamers need to be seated fully in the bracket before the grill grates go on, because a flame tamer that is canted will cause uneven heat distribution. Grill grates sit on top of the flame tamers on most designs. The grates need to be confirmed flat and level across the cooking surface before the lid is fitted. The lid hinge bolts to the rear of the firebox. The hinge needs to be confirmed tight before the lid is fitted, and the lid handle bolts to the front of the lid after the lid is hung.
