How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Pizza oven assembly covers the stand, the firebox, the chimney, and in some designs a door. The stand is the foundation and needs to be level before the firebox is placed. The stand goes together first. Most outdoor pizza oven stands are a steel frame with four legs and a shelf. The leg adjusters are set after the stand is in its final position, because moving the stand after the firebox is on is difficult. On a stand with a lower shelf, the shelf goes in before the firebox because the shelf slides in from the side and there is no clearance once the firebox is in position. The firebox is the ceramic or steel cooking chamber. On most designs, the firebox sits on the stand frame and is not bolted to it. The stand frame has locating lips that keep the firebox in position laterally. The firebox needs to be confirmed seated fully on all four locating lips before the chimney is fitted. The chimney collar fits around the chimney outlet at the top of the firebox and needs to be sealed before the flue sections are stacked. A collar not fully sealed will allow smoke to escape at the joint. Flue sections stack from the collar upward. The flue needs to be plumb before the top cap is fitted. A flue that leans will have the cap sitting at an angle, which restricts the draw. The door on designs with a door slides into a track at the front of the firebox opening. The track needs to be confirmed fully seated in the opening before the door is loaded. Coverage spans the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney and the inner city.
