How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Six-burner BBQs are the largest residential gas cooking units and have more components than a standard four-burner design. The frame, side burner, and cabinetry sequence is more involved. The trolley frame goes together first. Six-burner trolley frames are wider than four-burner frames and often have a side burner on one or both ends. The side burner bracket needs to be fitted to the frame before the main firebox is placed, because the bracket bolts are inside the trolley frame and are covered once the firebox is on. The main firebox sits on the trolley frame. Six-burner fireboxes are heavy and usually require two people to lift into position. The firebox bolts to the trolley frame at four or six bracket points. All brackets need to be confirmed before the burner system is fitted. Burner bars are placed in the firebox from front to back. The bars need to be seated at both ends in the burner bracket slots before the flame tamers go on. A bar not fully seated will lift off its bracket when the burner is lit. Flame tamers for a six-burner unit are wider and may be in more sections than on a smaller BBQ. Each section needs to be seated in the bracket rail before the grill grates go on. The cabinet door on a six-burner trolley with an under-bench cabinet is fitted after the firebox is secured. The door hinge bolts need to be at the same height on both the door and the trolley frame before the door is hung. The fuel supply line is connected separately after assembly. Work comes from apartments in the inner city, terrace houses in the Inner West and houses across the Eastern Suburbs. A product name or a screenshot is enough to get started.
