How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Outdoor dining settings are a table and a set of chairs, and the table should be built and levelled before the chairs are started. The table frame goes together first: two trestle ends connected by a lower cross-bar or apron rail. The trestle feet need to be on the same level before the cross-bar is tightened. On outdoor settings used on paving or decking, the surface is rarely perfectly level, and the adjustable feet allow the table to be levelled after the frame is assembled. Setting the feet after the frame is together is easier than trying to pre-set them before the frame is rigid. The tabletop is the next component. On a slatted timber or metal top, the slats lay across the frame rails. The slats need to be tight against each other before the through-bolts go in, because any gap between slats will be locked in by the bolt. On a solid panel top, the panel bolts go through the apron rail from inside. The panel needs to be confirmed flat on all apron rail contact points before the bolts are driven. Outdoor chairs are usually a simpler build than the table. The main sequence is: seat frame, backrest frame, join the two. The join bolts between the seat and backrest frame need to be at full torque before the chair is sat on. Stainless bolts in outdoor furniture need to be torqued as specified. Under-torqued bolts on outdoor furniture will loosen with thermal cycling. If you are above the ground floor with no lift, mention it when you book so timing can be planned around it. Before leaving, the assembled piece gets photographed for the record. Send us a photo of the item and we will come back with a price.
