How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Outdoor chairs are a simpler build than an outdoor table but the joint torque is just as important, because outdoor chairs are under dynamic load from users sitting and standing. The seat frame goes together first on most outdoor chair designs. The seat frame is usually a rectangle of four rails connected at the corners by bolts through the corner brackets. The corner brackets need to be at full torque before the seat pad or sling is fitted. The backrest frame attaches to the rear of the seat frame via a pair of brackets. The bracket height on the seat frame determines the effective backrest angle. Most outdoor chair brackets are at a fixed angle, so the only adjustment is whether the bracket is at the correct height relative to the seat frame. Arm brackets on outdoor chairs with arms attach to the outer side rails of the seat frame and to the front legs. The arm bolt through the leg needs to be confirmed tight before the arm is used as a hand support for standing. An arm bracket bolt that is slightly loose will allow the arm to shift as the user pushes down on it. Front legs are usually separate from the seat frame and bolt to the front corner brackets. The leg bolt positions need to align before the bolt is driven, and confirming the leg is vertical avoids a leg that splays outward under load. On a set of chairs, building the first chair completely before starting the next ensures the bolt sequence is familiar for each subsequent one.
