How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Outdoor armchairs are similar in build to an outdoor dining chair but with arms, a deeper seat, and usually a separate backrest frame that attaches to the seat frame. The seat frame goes together first: two side frames connected by a front rail and a rear rail. The front and rear rail bolts need to be confirmed tight before the legs are fitted. A seat frame that is racked will cause two of the four legs to be off the floor when the chair is placed. Legs on an outdoor armchair are usually separate pieces that bolt to the underside of the seat frame corners. The leg bolt needs to be confirmed tight before any weight is placed on the chair. A loose leg bolt will allow the leg to swing outward under load. Arm rests on outdoor armchairs attach to the outer side frame of the seat, usually at the front and rear of the side frame. The arm height is set by the bolt hole position and is not usually adjustable. Confirming both arms are at the same height before the bolts are driven avoids an arm that is noticeably higher on one side. The backrest frame on an outdoor armchair is a separate panel that bolts to the rear rail of the seat frame. The backrest bolt holes need to be aligned before the bolts are driven, and the backrest needs to be plumb before the bolts are tightened. A backrest that is not plumb will lean to one side when the chair is sat on. Coverage spans the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney and the inner city.
