How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Bin stores are small outdoor enclosures with a gate that allows bins to be wheeled in and out. The gate is the most important component to set correctly. The base frame is the starting point. Most bin store base frames are a simple rectangle of timber or steel that the panels attach to. The base frame needs to be level before any panels are fitted. On a bin store placed on paving, thin packing under the base feet levels the frame without altering the frame itself. Side panels and rear panel attach to the base frame and to each other at the corners. On a timber bin store, the corner joints are usually a rebated corner or a face bolt. The panel height at the front opening needs to be consistent on both sides, because a higher panel on one side will cause the gate to hang at an angle. The gate is a frame-and-panel assembly that hangs from hinges on one of the side panels. The hinge leaf on the side panel needs to be vertical before the gate is hung. If not vertical, the gate will swing open under its own weight or bind when pushed past the hinge travel. Gate clearance at the base needs to allow the bin to be wheeled under the gate when the gate is fully open. Confirming the gate clears the bins before the latch is fitted avoids discovering the gate swings into the bin path. The latch goes on last. The latch position is set by the gate position when closed. Inner-city streets often have no loading zone and limited parking. That is part of working in the city.
