How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Commercial gym fitouts are high-volume builds where the order of assembly determines whether the floor space works for the planned layout. Fixed anchored equipment goes in first, freestanding equipment last. Power racks and functional rigs are the first items placed. These anchor to the floor on base plates. The anchor bolt positions need to be confirmed against the floor plan before drilling, because moving an anchored rack after the floor has been drilled is a significant job. On a rig that spans multiple uprights, the upright spacing needs to match the rig frame dimensions before any uprights are anchored. Cable machines are placed after racks. The weight stack housing needs to be level before the cable run is threaded. A housing that is not level will cause the stack to rub on the guide rods under load. The cable is threaded through the pulleys before the weight selector pin is inserted. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowing machines. These are freestanding and go in after all anchored equipment is placed. Each piece needs a confirmed power outlet position before being placed in its final position, because moving cardio equipment after the power cable is routed is disruptive. Rubber flooring for a commercial gym goes down before equipment is placed. If the flooring is being installed by others, the equipment placement sequence needs to account for flooring completion in each zone before that zone is equipped. Mirror panels in a commercial gym mount to the wall on horizontal rails. The rail needs to be level and fixed to studs before any mirror panels are clipped to it.
