How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Bulk workstation assembly is a volume build where efficiency and consistency across many units is as important as the quality of any individual workstation. The build sequence for a bulk workstation job starts with all frames. All frames are assembled and confirmed level before any tops are placed. This approach means the floor is clear of tops while the frames are being positioned and joined, which reduces the risk of a top being damaged during the frame positioning work. Frames are positioned in their planned layout before any joining bolts are driven. The layout dimensions should be confirmed before the first frame is placed, not discovered to be wrong when the last frame is in position. A run that is 50mm short or long of the planned length means the end workstation is in the wrong place or there is a gap at the end. Joining bolts between frames go in after all frames are in position and confirmed level. Tightening joining bolts before all frames are positioned locks the joined positions, which makes adjusting the remaining frames more difficult. Tops go on after all frames are joined and confirmed. On a bulk job with multiple top types, grouping tops by type and placing them in sequence avoids moving a top after placing it. Power modules and privacy screens are the last items fitted before handover. On a bulk job, confirming all power modules are operational and all privacy screens are locked before leaving saves a return visit for a single missed item. If the building has a service lift that requires booking, include that detail when you request a quote. Flat-pack waste gets stacked neatly before finishing.
