How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Meeting room furniture consists of a conference table and a set of chairs. The table is built first, and the chairs are built in sequence after the table is in position. The conference table goes together in the same sequence as a boardroom table: base units first, desktop next, cable management last. The base units need to be levelled before the desktop is placed, because the desktop weight will lock the base units at their current position once it is on. Desktop power modules for a meeting room table are usually the circular or rectangular units that sit in pre-cut holes in the desktop surface. The modules need to be seated fully in the cut-out before the meeting table is in its final position, because access to the underside of the table is restricted once the table is against a wall. The cable management in a meeting room table routes from the power modules along the underside of the desktop to a floor box or a wall outlet. The cable route needs to be confirmed clear of the base unit frame before the table is in its final position. Chairs for a meeting room are usually task or executive chairs. The build sequence is the same as any office chair: cylinder, base, seat mechanism, and arms. The chair height is usually adjusted after all chairs are built, to confirm the seat height is consistent across all chairs in the room. All chair bolts are confirmed at full torque before the room is handed over. A loose bolt on a chair in daily use will work further loose quickly.
