Retail shelving assembly starts with confirming upright positions against the floor plan before any components are fixed. Uprights that are plumb on two faces before the horizontal rails are fitted allow every shelf to sit level without adjustment after the merchandise is on it. A retail wall that is out of plumb becomes visible once full shelves are lit.
Display counters and showcase cabinets are assembled and positioned before any products go in. Glass panels and lockable doors are confirmed operating before the counter is loaded. A glass door that binds after loading requires emptying the counter to adjust. Getting the fit confirmed while the counter is empty avoids that sequence.
Showroom display units are built in their final position wherever access allows. Moving a fully assembled unit risks racking the frame. Where a unit is too large to assemble in place, it is pre-assembled nearby, confirmed square, then moved the shortest distance to its final position. Levelled feet are set after the unit is in position.
Store furniture in volume is assembled in sequence across the floor space. The first unit in a run is confirmed level and square before the next is started.
