How we price it
The exact price depends on your specific model, since two items that look similar can be very different to build. The most accurate way is to send a photo of the finished item from the store website, or its model reference, when you request your quote. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so several items together in one visit is usually the best value.

Retail shelving is a gondola or wall-bay system where consistency across multiple bays is as important as the quality of any individual bay. Uprights are the first components. For wall-fixed retail shelving, the uprights bolt to the wall at the top and bottom. The upright bolt positions need to be in studs at the top, because the top bolt carries the rearward lean of the upright when the shelves are loaded. On a gondola system, the uprights bolt to a base plate on the floor and are sometimes connected by a top rail. The upright bolt sequence on a long run of retail shelving should go: fix the first upright at one end, run a string line to the last upright position at the other end, then set all uprights in between to that height. Fixing uprights one at a time will compound small height errors across a long run. Shelf brackets on retail shelving hook into the upright slots at the required height. All shelves at the same display height need to be at the same bracket slot position on all uprights. Confirming this before any product is placed saves adjustment time after stocking. End caps on gondola shelving are the panel units at each end of the run. The end cap is usually a display unit in its own right and needs to be plumb and joined to the adjacent gondola bay before the display is stocked. Anti-tip devices on tall gondola shelving are floor anchors or cross-braces between gondola tops. These need to be in place before any shelves are loaded.
