How we price it

Prices are based on the items being assembled and are returned the same day when photos are included with the quote request. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so booking several items together in one visit gives the best value.

Bellevue Hill is one of the eastern suburbs' most established residential areas, characterised by larger detached homes on generous blocks with gardens and outdoor entertaining areas. The houses are generally set further back from the street than in the terrace suburbs, and this changes the access dynamic: wide driveways, direct entry to ground floor rooms and clear internal paths make moving large furniture pieces substantially more straightforward than the narrow terrace corridor. The suburb attracts long-term family households and those moving up from smaller properties, and the furniture orders reflect settled households adding or upgrading specific pieces rather than furnishing from scratch.

Outdoor entertaining pieces are a consistent order from this suburb. Dining sets for covered outdoor areas, lounge combinations for garden rooms, and assembled BBQ bench configurations come through from the larger properties. For indoor pieces, bed frames, bedroom suites and wardrobe systems are the predominant orders. Large PAX wardrobe configurations, sometimes spanning an entire wall of a dressing room rather than a standard bedroom, are common. Dining sets for formal dining rooms, extendable tables that seat ten or twelve for family gatherings, come from retailers including Freedom, Nick Scali and the higher-capacity IKEA dining ranges.

The suburb's street layout includes some steep rises on the hillier sections, and for very large outdoor pieces going into properties at the top of a rise, the access route is worth noting. Most properties are comfortable to access however, with more than adequate room for a delivery vehicle and clear paths between the road and the entrance. The suburb is quiet enough that parking is generally straightforward, and most bookings from this area are single-visit, multi-item jobs where several rooms are being furnished in sequence.
