How we price it
Prices are based on the items being assembled and are returned the same day when photos are included with the quote request. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so booking several items together in one visit gives the best value.
Maroubra is the southernmost beach suburb in the coverage area, and it has a noticeably different character from the inner-eastern suburbs further north. The residential streets are wider, the blocks are larger, and houses outnumber apartments across most of the suburb. Families moving in are the predominant customer type, and the furniture profile reflects it: full bedroom suites, kids' bunk beds and loft systems, dining sets for rooms that have space for a proper full-size table, and wardrobes for bedrooms large enough to run a PAX system across a whole wall.
Outdoor dining and lounge sets come through in high volumes given the backyard space that most houses here have. Assembled BBQ surrounds and outdoor kitchen benches appear more regularly from this suburb than from most of the closer-in areas. For indoor pieces, booking several items in a single visit is particularly good value here, since each visit carries a minimum charge and the greater distance between delivery zones means fewer bookings can share the same visit window.
Access across the suburb is generally straightforward: houses with direct street frontage, wide enough entries for standard flat panels, and no lift logistics to manage. Some older blocks of units exist along the main road corridors, and for those the standard apartment access checks apply. Parking is rarely the constraint here that it becomes in the denser suburbs closer to the CBD. The suburb spans a large area, and whether a job is near the beach, mid-slope or back toward the main road affects how the day is planned.
