How we price it
Prices are based on the items being assembled and are returned the same day when photos are included with the quote request. A $120 minimum applies per visit, so booking several items together in one visit gives the best value.
Waverley sits between Bondi and Bronte and shares housing characteristics with both. The suburb has a mix of terrace houses, apartment blocks and larger detached homes, and the furniture orders reflect a similarly mixed population: young couples in the apartments ordering compact bedroom and living room pieces, and families in the houses ordering kids' beds, wardrobes and outdoor sets. The cemetery and park at the centre of the suburb means the residential areas are split across two distinct characters, the denser apartment-heavy streets toward the ocean and the more spacious house blocks to the west.
Wardrobe systems are among the most frequently ordered items from this suburb, particularly PAX configurations with sliding doors for the apartments and hinged doors for the houses with slightly more room to open into. Kids' furniture, bunk beds, loft beds and the associated storage combinations, comes through regularly from the family homes. Outdoor dining and lounge sets are common given the proportion of houses with usable outdoor space, and the heavier all-weather sets that arrive in multiple boxes take more assembly time than the lighter resin garden range.
Access varies significantly between the apartment sections and the house sections of the suburb. The terrace and apartment streets toward the beach side have the standard inner-east access considerations, narrow corridors and lift logistics where applicable. The house sections are more open, with wider entries, direct frontage and generally easier access for larger pieces. The main road through the suburb can have limited parking at certain times, and for apartment buildings on the main road, confirming the goods entry or loading zone before booking saves time on the day.
